November, 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission formally agreed to the implementation of Changsha Huanghua International Airport flight area eastward expansion project. This is to adapt to regional economic and social development needs, Changsha Airport is the construction of large hub airport needs and improve the national airport network layout of the objective requirements. The project will take 2020 as the construction target year, according to the annual passenger throughput of 31 million person-times, the annual cargo and mail throughput of 320,000 tons, the aircraft year take-off and landing amount of 243,800 vehicles need planning design and construction. | |
